TESSODRIL BS 1405 Bactericide
Description
TESSODRIL BS 1405 is a combination of glutaraldehyde and cationic surfactant, formulated to effectively kill both aerobic and an aerobic sulphate reducing bacteria and to prevent bio-film forming. The combination of aldehydes with quaternary ammonium compounds is highly effective due to the synergism of several different mechanisms for blocking the metabolism of the bacterium. The special surfactant increases the ability of the micro biocides to penetrate the biomass.
Application
TESSODRIL BS 1405 is added as concentrated slug or batch into water injection systems. Recommended dosage is 500 ppm for 3 – 6 hours. TESSODRIL BS 1405 has a cleaning effect due to some detergent action and will therefore help to remove deposits from the systems

Packing and Handling
TESSODRIL BS 1405 is packed in 55 US gallon plastic drum.
TESSODRIL BS 1405 is slightly corrosive to mild steel. Avoid contact with eye and skin by wearing goggles and gloves. For skin contact wash with water and soap while eye contact flush eye well with water for 15 minutes and call for medical attention.
