TESSOCOR AD 5604 Oil Corrosion Inhibitor
Description
TESSOCOR AD 5604 is a low environmental impact corrosion inhibitor which is very effective for protection of flow-lines, pumps and equipments from sweet and sour corrosions. Due to its high water dispersability, TESSOCOR AD 5604 is particularly suitable for systems with high water cut or for hydrotesting.
Application
TESSOCOR AD 5604 can be applied either by continuous injection or batch treatment. Depending on corrosion severity and actual treatment conditions, the required dosage has to be determined experimentally, however in general a dosage between 5 – 20 ppm for continuos injection and 100 – 200 ppm for batch treatment usually sufficient to give a good corrosion protection. Whilst for corrosion protection in hydrotesting or fire water for a period up to one year it is recommended to apply TESSOCOR AD 5604 at the dosage of 200 – 300 ppm.

Packing and Handling
TESSOTREAT AD 5604 is packed in 55 US gallon HDPE drum.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin by wearing goggles and gloves. For skin contact wash with water and soap while eye contact flush eyes well with water for 15 minutes and call for medical attention.
