Description
TESSODRIL BS 2404 is a propriety blend of non-ionic surfactant in water, as acid retarder. The product is specially designed for emulsifying the acid as one out of several ways to retard the reaction rate of acid in carbonate reservoirs. Chemically retarding the acid in carbonates leaves formation rock oil-wet or with a film that slows acid reaction.
Application
TESSODRIL BS 2404 is a surfactant that prepares and stabilizes a solvent-in-acid emulsion for normally used in acidizing operations. Depending on the fluid type, the required has to be determined experimentally.

Packing and Handling
TESSODRIL BS 2404 is packed in 55 US gallon plastic drum.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin by wearing goggles and gloves. For skin contact wash with water and soap while eye contact flush eyes well with water for 15 minutes and call for medical attention.
