TESSODRIL W-10 Mud Wash
Description
TESSO W-10 is a synergistic surfactant blend specifically designed to be used as an environmentally friendly mud wash. It is particularly effective for removal of dirts, oil, mud, clay and due to its strong water wetting properties it will helps to improve cement bonding to the casing.
TESSO W-10 is formulated from selected surfactants that will reduce surface tension without excessive foaming allowing spacer to effectively clean holes containing oil-based or emulsion mud.
Application
Depending on the applied mud system the required concentration of TESSO W-10 has to be determined experimentally, however in general a dosage of 1 – 2 % for water base mud and 3 – 5 % for oil base mud usually sufficient to obtain a good treatment results.
TESSO W-10 can be used either in fresh or salty waters.

Packing and Handling
TESSO W-10 is packed in 55 US gallon plastic drum or 5 gallon plastic pail.
Avoid contact with eye and skin by wearing goggles and gloves. For skin contact wash with water and soap while eye contact flush eyes well with water for 15 minutes and call for medical attention.
