Description<\/strong><\/span>
\nTESSODRIL BS 1515 is a synergistic blend cationic surface active agent , solvent and highly effective dispersing agent specially designed to inhibit corrosion in any concentrations of hydrochloric acid (HCl) or hydrochloric\/hydrofluoric acid (HCl\/HF) mixtures during removal of lime deposit as well as in acidizing jobs.<\/p>\n

Application<\/span><\/strong>
\nTESSODRIL BS 1515 can be applied up to a temperature of 350 oF (177 oC). Depending on the acid concentration and temperature applied, the required TESSODRIL BS 1515 has to be determined experimentally, however in general the dosage range from 5 \u2013 20 l\/m3 will be sufficient to obtain good corrosion protections. Although TESSODRIL BS 1515 is compatible with most surface active agent, care should be taken when designing acid treatment using anionic anti-sludging agents and water wet surfactant. Laboratory test are highly recommended to determine the upper temperature limits and required inhibitor dosages.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Packing and Handling<\/span><\/strong>
\nTESSODRIL BS 1515 is packed in 55 US gallon plastic drum.<\/p>\n

Avoid contact with eyes and skin by wearing goggles and gloves. For skin contact wash with water and soap while eye contact flush eyes well with water for 15 minutes and call for medical attention.<\/p>\n
