Description<\/strong><\/span>
\nTESSODRIL BS 1806 is a water base fully biodegradable foaming agent with corrosion inhibiting properties. It is particularly effective for air rotary drilling and foam drilling. TESSODRIL BS 1806 is synergistic blend of film forming corrosion inhibitor, alcohol sulphate and selected surfactants which has high calcium tolerance. The product is effective in fresh, brackish and hard water or even in slightly oily water.<\/p>\n

Application<\/span><\/strong>
\nTESSODRIL BS 1806 will generate stiff and stable foam. Depending on the drilling fluid system, drilling depth and equipment, required dosage has to be determined experimentally, however in general a dosage of 0.8% up to 2% is usually sufficient to obtain a suitable foam consistence with good corrosion protection. If very hard water is being used, it is recommended to pre-treating the water with soda ash.<\/p>\n

Packing and Handling<\/span><\/strong>
\nTESSODRIL BS 1806 is packed in 55 US gallon plastic drum.<\/p>\n

Avoid contact with eyes and skin by wearing goggles and gloves. For skin contact wash with water and soap while eye contact flush eyes well with water for 15 minutes and call for medical attention.<\/p>\n
