Description<\/strong><\/span>
\nTESSODRIL BS 1106 is a modified oxidized vegetable oil fatty acid specially formulated to be used as primary invert emulsifier in oil base mud. TESSODRIL BS 1106 is an environmentally friendly emulsifier that utilizes lime to activate and its performance can be boosted or enhanced if being used in combination with secondary emulsifiers like TESSODRIL BS 1215.<\/p>\n

Application<\/span><\/strong>
\nTESSODRIL BS 1106 will form a stable emulsion that will help to increase drilling rate, reduction of torque, less sticking of pipe and less hole enlargement. Depending on the percentage ratio of water and oil,\u00a0 TESSODRIL BS 1106 is normally used at the dosage of 3 to 8 pounds per barrel of the final volume of drilling fluid.<\/p>\n

\nTESSODRIL BS 1106 is packed in 55 US gallon steel drum.<\/p>\n

Avoid contact with eyes and skin by wearing goggles and gloves. For skin contact wash with water and soap while eye contact flush eyes well with water for 15 minutes and call for medical attention.<\/p>\n
