Description<\/span><\/strong>
\nTESSOSPOT BP is a blend of calcium soap fatty acid, dispersant and modified asphalt in powdered form. The product is suitable to be used for making a complete oil mud spotting fluid. A mixed product with oil will provide a suspension that can be weighted up to 18 lb\/gal.<\/p>\n

Application<\/span><\/strong>
\nDepending on mud density and the oil \/ water ratio, the required dosage has to be determined experimentally, however in a general a dosage of 5 to 8 sack per m3 fluid will be sufficient to obtain a good spotting fluid. Add TESSOSPOT BP into the oil and mix thoroughly before adding water and weighing material. Increasing and reducing fluid viscosity can be made by adding TESSOSPOT BP or oil.<\/p>\n

Packing and Handling<\/strong><\/span>
\nTESSOSPOT BP is packed in 25 kg or 50 lbs multilayer paper bag.<\/p>\n

Avoid contact with eyes and skin by wearing goggles and gloves. For skin contact wash with water and soap while eye contact flush eyes well with water for 15 minutes and call for medical attention.<\/p>\n
