Description
\n<\/strong><\/span>TESSOPOL VHT is a modified synthetic polymer specially design to be applied as viscosifier, fluid loss control, and shale inhibitor which particularly beneficial for designing a low solid\/solid free inhibitive water base fluids in drilling and completion of deep and high temperature wells. As viscosifier, TESSOPOL VHT showed a superior thermostability compared to conventional biopolymer viscosifiers. As fluid loss control additive and shale inhibitor TESSOPOL VHT also showed an extraordinary performance compared to commonly used PAC and PHPA in high temperature condition.<\/p>\n

Application<\/span>
\n<\/strong>TESSOPOL VHT is specially suitable to be applied in high temperature conditions. It is compatible with common drilling fluids and cement additives and has good tolerance to NaCl, KCl, NaBr muds. TESSOPOL VHT should be added slowly (approx. 30 minutes per 25 kg bag) through the mud hopper or other dissolving unit. Depending on required rheology, fluid systems and exposure temperature, TESSOPOL VHT generally used in concentration of 0.5 to 5 ppb.<\/p>\n

Packing and Handling<\/span>
\n<\/strong>TESSOPOL VHT is packed in 25 kg or 55 lbs multilayer paper bag.<\/p>\n

Avoid contact with eyes and skin by wearing goggles and gloves. For skin contact wash with water and soap while eye contact flush eyes well with water for 15 minutes and call for medical attention.<\/p>\n
